1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and customers, including those purchasing services, training, or digital products.

2. Services Offered

The Recon Pros provides professional automotive services, including but not limited to:

  • Paint correction
  • Detailing services
  • Application of Revivify protective coatings
  • In-shop inspections and evaluations
  • Educational and training content, including digital products

All services are subject to availability, inspection, and acceptance by The Recon Pros.

3. Inspections, Estimates & Service Scope

All services begin with an inspection. Any estimates provided are based on the vehicle’s condition at the time of evaluation and are not guarantees of outcome.

Due to the nature of automotive finishes:

  • Results may vary depending on paint condition, prior repairs, and vehicle history
  • Not all defects can be safely removed
  • Some imperfections may be improved but not eliminated

By approving service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

4. Paint Correction & Protective Coatings Disclaimer

Paint correction permanently removes defects within safe limits of the clear coat. The Recon Pros prioritizes paint integrity and safety over aggressive correction.

Revivify is a self-healing protective coating system designed to protect corrected surfaces. It does not:

  • Make paint scratch-proof
  • Repair existing paint defects
  • Eliminate the need for proper maintenance

Protective coatings are performance products and results depend on maintenance, environment, and use.

5. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments may require a deposit to secure scheduling.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the timeframe communicated at booking
  • Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit

Late arrivals or no-shows may require rescheduling at our discretion.

6. Payments

Payment is due as agreed prior to or upon completion of services.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking
  • The Recon Pros does not store full payment credentials
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice

For digital products or training materials, access is granted after successful payment.

7. Digital Products & Training Content

All training materials, videos, and digital content are the intellectual property of The Recon Pros and/or its licensors.

  • Digital purchases are non-refundable once access is granted
  • Content may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold
  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and training materials, is owned by or licensed to The Recon Pros.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Recon Pros shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, value, or enjoyment of a vehicle
  • Pre-existing conditions or undisclosed prior damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Assumption of Risk

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that automotive work involves inherent risks, including the possibility of unforeseen outcomes due to vehicle age, paint condition, or prior repairs.

You voluntarily assume these risks.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
